COURSE OVERVIEW

Explore the application of current data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

Entry Criteria:

None. Some knowledge of data protection law would be an advantage to the candidate, as well as basic working knowledge of IT and GDPR.

Teaching and Assessment:

60-minute exam with 40 multiple-choice questions. This award is assessed by completing an invigilated online exam which candidates will only be able to access at the date and time they are registered to attend.
